“My furnace was making an odd noise and Aaron came out to assess, realized it could have been one of two things. As my furnace is 20 yrs old, he explained replacing one of things that could be wrong would be costly and simply advised I will need a new furnace sooner than later. He did not charge me for the visit. I thought it over and realized to just replace it and I knew it wasn’t going to last long. We set up a day the following week and he installed it within the time he said it was going to take. Very reasonable price and explained how it was covered under a 10 yr warranty.

“When it's summer and your A/C stops working, there are some things you can try yourself to fix it. But, this is the first time I've ever had a merchant try to help me over the phone for free. He first asked, "Are you pretty handy?" I said I was. So, at 5:30 on a Sunday evening, he walked me through a few things that might have helped. He told me that he likes helping people over the phone if he can. Wow.

It turned out that expert help was needed, and he was there the next day. He got the system working, temporarily, then came back the next day to put a control module in. It wasn't cheap, because of the control module, but the price was reasonable.

Before he left, he asked if I cleaned off the AC unit outside. I told him I did it last year, but apparently I didn't do a good job. You can spend a lot of money with electrical bills if you're not careful about cleaning the fins. That alone made his visit worth it.

And, I found out why he lists 24 hour availability. Calls go directly to his phone, and he always picks up. If you are in need of air conditioning repair, make your first call to Jim.“

“Simply Amazing!! Called the office and Paul from Kelley and Sons arrived within 20 minutes of the call. Our Air conditioner stopped working on this 90° day. Paul diagnosed the problem and fixed it in no time at all. At our request, he also went the extra mile and checked our Nest thermostat that we had installed ourselves. He discovered that it didn’t have the capability to charge itself.

“Amazing, above & beyond service. Start to finish. Have even recommended to my family, has changed both my fathers, & my little brothers furnace & AC. He made a special arrangement to help me out of a miserable situation, of which I will shortly say, my Air went out on possibly the hottest day of the year. I was out of town, & my kids were house sitting. What he did, & continues to do(yearly maintenance) has solidified not only a lifetime customer, but I have referred to well over 10 people that I've seen asking for recommendation, or have asked me personally having heard my story. “Installed central air about 5 years ago, they were on time and did the job fast and neat. Very satisfied with the service.5 years later, AC wouldn't turn on so I checked out everything I could before calling for service. Tracked it down to either a bad relay or possibly compressor. Called on a Saturday about 10:30 and said he'd be by after the service calls he had ahead of me. About 2 hrs later says he's on his way. Shows up and checks the relay, takes it apart and finds a dead bug blocking the contact. Took less than 5 minutes. I ready to pay whatever the service call was but gave a freebie because he was in the area. He didn't have to do that and even though he was close by, it's still a stop.Very honest and nice company, highly recommend them if you need heating and cooling services.“

“I'm late writing this review, but was going through photos and came across this one. It was the HOTTEST week in June. I had my AC cranking for days, and couldn't get my house below 84°. I was referred to DM2 and I am so very grateful. They prioritized me as a service call, working with my availability, and came out that evening. Gavin and James spent time troubleshooting and service my AC unit, which was only a few years old, and gave me an honest assessment that my condenser had blown. They reported back to Lucas, who worked with me financially and sent me a quote that evening. They did not try to oversell me, they presented me with options providing pricing for each, and even removed my service call fee with the install of a new unit, which was so considerate. Lucas had a unit for me that night that was promptly installed the next morning! But the saga did not end there - while James and Gavin were here for the install they went above and beyond, rerouting my furnace exhaust, repairing bad piping, and they FOUND AND REPAIRED A GAS LEAK! They followed up that evening, and the next day to ensure the new unit was working well and that I was comfortable. They were all so knowledgable, polite, respectful, prompt, and honest. They truly went above and beyond, and were very patient in explaining each step with me. They provided advice and were truly a pleasure to work with. I cannot be happier and highly recommend DM2.“
