Placement coordinators and leaderships do a wonderful job with attending meet and greets and listening to families about the needs to help find appropriate staff. No other agency have I experienced that hands on approach with most agencies just sending staff and not even able to comment on the staff's experience and background. I also find AWC best prepares the staff with CMH basics and of all the agencies all staff--whether family hires or not--AWC staff are the quickest to identify who to talk to when there are questions or concerns.
