The staff at the New Baltimore office were amazing!!! They explained every exercise and the benefits!!! They were very encouraging every step of the way through my recovery!!! Many went above and beyond to assure my progress was a positive experience!! Thankyou to all !!
I've been to multiple physical therapists over the years, and this location is by far one of the best. They offer a wide variety of treatments to best assist you in the recovery process. Lichelle, Kim, and Kelsey are great therapists, and the rest of the staff are fantastic, as well. They helped me recover from a bout of chronic tendonitis and a pinched nerve. They had me up and running again on less than 6 months. I do not look forward to needing a physical therapist again, but I know when I do, the HealthQuest New Baltimore team will take excellent care of me. If you need a physical therapist, definitely check them out.
Love this place. Everyone who works here is great, from the receptionists to the therapists. Had hip replacement, and they were awesome. I'm feeling great, and they were a big part of that. I would definitely use them again and refer them to anybody.
