I was notified 72 hours ago the house I been renting was put on the market.Now I have one of their Realtors harassing me when I been working the best I can with him now he is sending me mean videos and text messages even said he is raising my rent on me immediately because my lease is up. Mark entered our lives 4 years ago when we sold our home and purchased a new one. From our first meeting with him, he became family. Now fast forward to March 2021, my father in law passed away, my husband was devasted, and I called Mark to help us sell his home. My mother in law spoke broken English, and Mark was compassionate and caring with all of us. He took the time to sit down with her and slowly explained everything. He spoke to my husband with caring words. And the best part.. the house had an offer in8 MINUTES!!!Mark, is considered family. Jim is awesome. Very attentive to our needs. Its obvious he is a knowledgeable professional that has been doing this for a while. We will definitely use him again on our next home purchase or sale.
