Love my doctor but I wish she was at a different office. Dr Saenz is excellent, she listens and doesn’t just push pills or vaccines to treat symptoms, she gets to the root cause!
The issue I have is when it comes to follow ups with the office, rarely do I not have to call back and remind them or as the status of something. For example, a prescription- it was sent to the pharmacy, sent back for a pre authorization, Walgreens called 5 business days later asking me to follow up with the dr office, when I called I was told oops they haven’t done anything with that yet, I’ll remind the girls who handle it.

Can't get into the Dr we picked for months. Rescheduled a colonoscopy for to the way the scheduled last time they called the day before to tell me 3pm. Who wants to wait all day for a 3pm colonoscopy. Would been fasting for over 48 hours.
Called to reschedule and same thing they'll call the day before even after telling them I'll only do am. Switched my family over and beginning to think that was a mistake

We switched from trinity to spectrum a few months ago and I am beyond satisfied with our new family doctor Dr Jansen. He is very detailed about everything so I received the best care I needed for my medical needs. Highly recommend!
