I was told to come here for amazing nails & service. I called ahead of time to see if 4pm would work. I was told yo "walk on in". I arrived at 4pm, she asked if I had time to wait, I did. I had been skipped over for service and finally gave up waiting at 605pm. Awful customer service.

I went back the next day bcuz I really did want to try this place since my friend recommended it & her nails looked great. I called in the a.m & made an appt. I showed up having no clue what color I wanted. The gentleman nail tech was so polite & understanding. He helped me pick out my purple and added some rhinestones. He also sharpened up & fixed my stiletto shape. I'll definitely be going back to have him do my next set as I'm going to a concert. He made it worth the wait.“
