Martell & Co. / Home Care and Assistance (formerly Ascension Home Care)

I am 75. I had to fire this company.. They always cancelled on appointment days or first person didn't show up at all. When asked "what's up?" I was told worker was having home problems and took on more than she could handle. Next person who came had a permanent bad back from car accident and couldn't do anything as per bending, etc.. She cancelled second week with repeat back injury..Never a steady or reliable person. I had to explain every thing over and over. My last feedback was deleted.
