We met Mark with Mr. Heat and Cool in May of 2017 when we made a service request via our home warranty. Through the entire process, Mark went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and fully educated about our system. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone who is honest and trustworthy. We felt in the end as if our experience and satisfaction was the number one priority for Mark in the end, rather than any financial gain. That is a rare experience to have in today's world!
