Good response time, we had a new water tank installed, they responded fast and professional.Since then had them back for full house water line replacement. Steve was our plumber and Riley worked with him, they worked well together, finished the job fast, removed old pipes and left us with a clean house. I had a water heater installed and was satisfied with the price and installation but when the inspector arrived to check out my new furnace he informed me that the water heater was installed WITHOUT a permit. He also said that my insurance wouldn't have to fully cover any damage involving the water heater if a permit hadn't been taken out. I had to pay 80 bucks for the permit. Not being told by Duff that I needed a permit and that he hadn't taken one out was very unprofessional and could have cost me significantly.I strongly suggest if you've had work done with this company that you check that a permit was taken out if one was required. Duff does good quality work. They installed a sump pump for us, and did a good job explaining what was needed and why. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because you have to be patient in waiting for them to return phone calls. They were recommended to me by friends as having good integrity, and that was proven to be true.
