“After calling several vet offices to see who would take in my sick cat, I had to deal with several rude receptionists from local offices who seemed to have no compassion whatsoever for my situation. Grace took my cat in with no hesitation! I really appreciated how honest they were when they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my cat. Instead of insisting on expensive testing and treatments, they offered the option for a saline injection and some gabapentin before inquiring about further intensive treatment. That seemed to do the trick and my cat was just fine after. The visit and medication was overall affordable and I really enjoyed the staff. The environment was clean and professional so I will continue to bring my pets there from now on!“

They informed without 'pushing' tests on you. I liked that, I wasn't left feeling I was a bad pet owner because I didn't have a lot of funds.
