Our furnace (less than a year old) quit in the middle of the night. Your technician, Jason, was here less than an hour after we called in the morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem (broken igniter) and made the repair. We also had him replace our junky programmable thermostat with a more basic one. Jason was neat, professional, and did a great job. We won't hesitate to call Troubleshooters for any future problems. Thank you.Service: Heating system repair
been without a furnace for over a month. asked trouble shooters to come out and give an estimate . explained everything 100% that it was an SER process, they guy said no problem we work with them all the time. they emailed me the quote. I called end of last week, the lady looked up my name and info and said "yup we got you in here, we got the letter from then and everything is all good we should be able to get to you on Monday or Tuesday" I was so happy I started to cry.
