I called to order some flowers for my grandfather's memorial service. I was a bit emotional and kind of struggling.I also didn't know exactly what I wanted. I talked to Al and he was extremely understanding and kind. He even took the time to tell me that he understood and that his own grandfather was very special to him as well. I know to Al it probably didn't seem like a big deal at all he was probably just being himself and doing what comes natural. But it's small moments of kindness like that that connect us all as human beings. I'm very appreciative of the kindness and compassion I received. Thank you!

Norms assembled and delivered the most beautiful flower arrangement to my grandma today. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and the quality of their work. The handwritten note added a very nice personal touch. I was told that the arrangement was breathtaking and absolutely gorgeous. Highly recommend. Worth every penny.
