I found Mt Pleasant Computer Services/Gary through a Google Search. I needed to replace a cracked iPad screen. I chose Gary based on reading Google Reviews and realizing we shared a mutual acquaintance (and the friend confirmed Gary was not a psycho who would scam me). I reached out via text with the problem; he looked up the part info and quoted the job. We then arranged a drop-off time. I did not leave a deposit to order the part, as I opted to drop off my iPad as collateral. He did a great job. Service was professional, quick, and affordable. And best of all my computer is running sooooo much better after having it serviced with Mt. Pleasant Computer Services.

I reached out to Gary as a student with no car and a tight budget. Not only was he willing to meet on campus, but found the problem, ordered the parts, and finished the repair within a day. Great communication, pricing, and all around friendly guy!
