I chose Gary based on reading Google Reviews and realizing we shared a mutual acquaintance (and the friend confirmed Gary was not a psycho who would scam me). I reached out via text with the problem; he looked up the part info and quoted the job. We then arranged a drop-off time. I did not leave a deposit to order the part, as I opted to drop off my iPad as collateral. I was not in a rush to get my iPad fixed, and I received a text 7 business days later letting me know all was complete and the available pick-up times. I paid at pick-up, and we both went on our merry ways. If I have future computer repair problems, I will use Gary again and recommend him to others.“
