Exceptional service the same day our furnace broke. We were having a hard time finding the part we needed because our furnace is 30+ years old. He happened to have one on hand and installed if for us for less than what i was expecting to pay for the part alone online. It turned out, we didn't know how to operate our thermostat. Instead of making us feel like idiots, the tech was still respectful and helpful. Ran through what we need to know, and everything is working as it should. Signed up for their maintenance program and will be getting estimates for some work in our sun room.
