My personal experience with RC Waterproofing was fantastic! Had some bad leaking problems in my basement and thought it was going to be a very pricy and extensive project but after I got a free quote/inspection, I was told it was a relatively easy fix. Bill was the the one who gave me the quote and he was awesome. He was very straightforward and honest about what needed to be done and gave me the reasons why it needed to be done that way. He gave me different options as well, if I didn't have the funds to do the project all in one go and was honest with his opinions on the route I should take. He was professional and very personable. This company resolved a big headache for us. We bought a house on the river with a basement and had problems the first spring. The previous owner had a system installed by a different company that didn't work at all. After getting bids from 4 companies, we chose to go with RC after consulting with others who had systems they put in. Despite the fact that the floor of our basement is lower than the river level, their system has our basement completely dry. Their whole crew was great, from the guy who did the initial consult to the crew that did the work to the secretary who answers the phone by the second ring nearly every time. We originally thought the exterior of the house would have to be dug up and re-tiled, but our problem is fixed with no exterior excavation. RC stands behind their work and makes sure you're 100% satisfied. Great company to resolve your water issues!

Great response from RC Waterproofing! They were able to make it out to our house in a timely manner and adequately went through all of our options. The price was competitive and came with a great warranty. The crew worked quickly and were able to answer my questions. And to top it off, Mike even did a little extra patchwork on my patio with his leftover cement. Much appreciated!
