My personal experience with RC Waterproofing was fantastic! Had some bad leaking problems in my basement and thought it was going to be a very pricy and extensive project but after I got a free quote/inspection, I was told it was a relatively easy fix. Bill was the the one who gave me the quote and he was awesome. He was very straightforward and honest about what needed to be done and gave me the reasons why it needed to be done that way. He gave me different options as well, if I didn't have the funds to do the project all in one go and was honest with his opinions on the route I should take. He was professional and very personable. He was super friendly with my young daughter who kept asking for his attention when we were talking about the project and he was more than ok with her interacting with him.When the guys came out to do the actual job (I don't remember their names unfortunately), they were just as great. When they got to the job-site, they gave me a quick rundown and answered any questions that I had. My wife and I were unable to be home when they left each day but always made sure to lock up our house before they left which we very much appreciated. They also cleaned up all of their mess each day they were here. Whenever I went down to look at their progress, the tools that they had there were all set away very neatly and out of the way and there was no trash left around. When it came time for final inspection, I also was unable to be around but they offered to drive back over whenever I needed, to do the final inspection for me. Very helpful and professional.The job itself also went really well. The only work that I had done was on the interior of my basement. They waterproofed the perimeter of my basement as well as widening and installing a new sump pump. Everything was left as clean as they could get it, compared to how it was when they got there. They warn that dust can get all over stuff from the work they have to do but they did what they could to cover up any major personal belongings I had in the basement that wasn't already covered and swept up anything that was left on the floor. The concrete that was poured looks really smooth and clean. I looked around and there were no big divots or anything noticeably wrong. Besides the dust that is really unavoidable, I think they left my basement floor cleaner than it was when they got there. Definitely a 5-Star job.Everything about the people I talked to and who did the work was awesome and I definitely recommend them for basement waterproofing. With that being said though, we haven't gotten any significant rain to necessarily test it but I am very confident that it will hold up.Not just a "5 stars: They did good", They were honestly very friendly and helpful from the beginning of the project until the end of the payment. The receptionist was also really kind, who I spoke to over the phone. A great company that does great work.
I've been having Candy cut my hair for several years. She is very attentive to the cut and listens to what I want. I drive from Flint Twp to see her, but it's worth it to me.

I cannot say enough good things about Joel of Genesee Cleaning Service. I called at random after a Google search and have now been a very happy customer for years. I have no interest in ever using any other cleaning service. Joel consistently does a phenomenal job that always exceeds my expectations, and has many times been able to fit me onto the schedule at the last minute before holidays, home showings, and my wedding. Joel has cleaned both of my houses (old one I sold, and new one), both of which are about 3000 sq feet, and are usually quite dirty from three dogs and four kids. The prices are so reasonable that I always end up tipping like I went out to dinner at a fancy restaurant. Joel is very professional, but also laid back, cool, and trustworthy. Very highly recommended.
Rusty is a stand up guy that now has my loyalty!! I needed help because my camper broke down on I-75. Rusty really came through for my family and I in a pinch when nobody else would help. He toiled for hours to repair my spun wheel bearing plus replacing the bearings on 2 other wheels and didn’t quit until he got my rig road ready. We got to our destination safely because of him and his above and beyond customer service after hours on a Saturday!! I can’t thank Rusty enough for his generosity. I will recommend this RV dealer to anyone and I will for sure be coming back when I look for my next RV.

I received waxing services from Lauren (Brazilian, lower legs, underarms) and she did an amazing job!! She went the extra mile to put me at ease and her attention to detail is perfect. I highly recommend her! The parlour as a whole is very clean and everyone was friendly. This was my first visit but definitely won't be my last.
