I sent two emails with questions and she called me within minutes of sending them because she thought more questions would come up so talking would be the best form of communication and she was correct. He did tell me what other services they offered, but there was no pressure to buy them. Dan is the tech who sprayed my home. I did not get to meet him because he was here right before I woke up. He did meet my brother who told me he also sprayed around the unattatched garage which I didn't think would be included, but it was very much needed. The one thing that Dan did that stood out for me was that he picked up my dog's outside water bowl that had completely slipped my mind. In my opinion this showed that he cares.
