Good customer service. Nicole the Dispatcher is awesome to talk to and servicer Mike fixed my AC and gave me great tips on how to maintain my unit for the future. I'd recommend this company to anyone. Thanks alot.
Our A/C unit cut out on us yesterday. Nicole was able to have Matt come out this afternoon to figure out what happened. I was really worried the whole unit was shot. Matt was great! He explained everything as he went along and after checking the capacitor(s) he found the problem was so simple.... A bug had gotten into the contact, causing it to not engage. He cleaned it out and after discussing it, he replaced the capacitor. I am so very happy with the service we received, I will be recommending Clinton Aire to everyone!!
If I could rate this company 10/10 I absolutely would. My A/C stopped working over the weekend, and Nicole was able to schedule a technician Tuesday morning. The technician was early, very nice, and was able to quickly get the necessary parts and repair the issue. I cannot express how grateful I am for ClintonAire’s amazing service and for repairing my A/C, especially since it is going to be 85 degrees today. Do not hesitate to call this company for any of your HVAC service needs!
