“After being referred through my vehicle warranty company that Greatwater 360 Auto Care was one of my sellections, and after talking to Brian, the shop manager and visiting the shop which was only a 15 minute drive from my residence, I was overly pleased and confident that I was in good hands. What initially impressed me was how clean the shop was inside and out. Brian the shop manager and George, the mechanic that worked on my vehicle, were professional, nice and a joy to work with. What really impressed me is that they do a very detail analysis of what’s wrong with your vehicle to include photos. I have never visited a shop that goes completely out of their way to be transparent and attention to detail, when it comes to troubleshooting and fixing your vehicle. I will not hesitate in the future to bring my vehicle back for future repairs.“
