I just wanted to convey my sincere appreciation for the staff at your funeral home. To be greeted with such friendliness and compassionate people during such trying times as these. It is often difficult to speak at all when we are overcome with grief in saying farewell to a loved one or a friend of the family. Thank you for meeting and exceeding my expectations on my recent visit last week. Keep up the good work and thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!
Absolutely wonderful staff! I cannot say enough about how wonderful they are. We got a few bumps in the road due to the graveyard and Chelsea and Terry made the process so easy for us. We honestly felt like family. Losing my Aunt was very hard but the staff at Rupp made the process very easy. I cannot thank everyone of you enough for showing such kindness and compassion for my family❤️
Such a wonderful place and beautiful caring people. My dad passed away unexpectedly and the gentle way Rupp Funeral Home handled it all, especially in the midst of the pandemic, is something I’ll always remember.
