Started going in due to some pain in my back from lifting weights. Kayla is incredibly knowledgeable and provided a great massage that made the pain go away and left me feeling so much better overall. In addition, she showed me stretch exercises that I could do to alleviate the pain and tightness I was feeling from other workouts. The environment is very clean, relaxing, and accommodating. Highly recommend this place.
I was a little weary of a getting a massage at a place in a tiny (3 business) strip mall but it was pretty good! I had Rachel and it was $65/hour. They alslo offer manicures but I've never tried them. Note! They do not take credit cards. Cash or check only.
