“Diane is THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! OK...a little bit of a back story here. So, I got my color, highlights and cut with someone here because my normal stylist was unavailable for a couple weeks. I read the reviews and hoped for the best. Although I was very precise about what I wanted and I had had these colors before, she was a young stylist and maybe it just wasn't her best work, I dunno, life happens. I wasn't even really able to see my hair because the lights were off when she finished for them to close. My highlights turned out great but it looked like I had six weeks of growth and I had like one strip of burgundy. and after paying like 180 something plus a tip I was mad when the receptionist said I'd have to pay AGAIN to have another person fix my hair. Okay call me crazy but I don't really want the person who screwed my hair up...fixing it! I've lost confidence in her ability at this point! So I spoke to the salon manager and she was great and scheduled me with Diane. I could tell Diane knew her s%it from her introduction and consult with me. This was comforting knowing I was in the hands of a vet for a "repair". Nothing against young people, they're great stylists too I just knew Diane was going to help me fix my problem!!! After we talked in detail she made me feel better all around when she fully told me her plan to make sure it was what I wanted. We had great conversation, I feel like we go back years!!! Great hair people are basically underpaid therapists. I knew I'd be happy and my hair turned out exactly as I wanted it the first time and reds aren't easy, especially to fix...with blonde highlights!! She killed it...I'm happy and she didn't charge me anything! So, walk...no run to go sit in Diane's chair, I promise you'll love her, I know I'll be returning.“

This was on 1-24-24 around 3 p.m. She was SO helpful, professional and courteous. I was really pleased. The cashier (Shannon) was great too. I will be returning. Terrific experience all around.
