“Dr. Fariba Hickinson and staff are the very best in the Detroit Northwest Suburbs - Milford, Wixom, Commerce area. For almost 20 years she has given my wife and I the very best in eye health and prescription glasses and all that comes with that.This week I had a real eye problem, at 60ish, my eyes inflamed for the first time in my life. I truthfully thought my eyes were never going to be the same. Then I got to see the "REAL" DOCTOR Hickinson in action. Amazing, 3 days later after her and her staff's follow-up care, my eyes are well on their way back to normal. Thorough, patient and explaining in clear concise simple terms. She put me totally at ease.I highly recommend her office and clinicians for all your EYE Care and Prescription needs. This is from two patients with 20 years' experience with her. “I am not an easy patient to deal with. I am older, and sick of being treated like cattle, as is the way with most healthcare now. So after dealing with another location for imaging, it reminded me to come write this review. I was NOT a fan of the covid fear mongering during the pandemic, and a few of the people at this office talked me off the ledge. They were patient (no pun intended) with my old guy antagonism. And even though I can tell some of them did not like my approach, they were still kind. So thank you North Valley for remembering that we are all different, and doing your best to work with the different personalities that you encounter. So this is my location as long as that lasts.
