Andy diagnosed the problem and gave me options to repair or replace the old water heater. I went with the replace option and Andy came back the very next day and replaced the water heater with a new unit. Beckie from the office was very friendly as she scheduled our appointment, answered questions and later dealt with billing questions and closing out the work order. Drew came out to the house and evaluated the AC unit. He was very quick, professional and explained everything to me so I knew what was wrong and how to fix it, cost, etc. He also recommended a maintenance package to help us in the future with our repairs. Gabe came a few days later to complete the repair and he was very nice, made sure everything was clean before he left, and again very professional.
