First appointment with Dr. Groth, it was good working with him and the tech helped me find some frames I like. Sometimes I've made them work hard for it but HFO always takes good care of me and keep me coming back. Thank you!
I love Dr. Groth because he is personable He takes time with you to understand your concerns and needs. My exam was accurate! He suggested the best type of contacts for me based on my astigmatism and past struggles. The staff here is great. They are friendly and helpful with selection and processing insurance. I received my contacts and glasses quickly. And though it is a smaller office, they have a nice selection of glasses to choose from. I used to go to one of the Optimeyes SuperCenter stores but now I highly recommend this location.
I have been going here for several years. The staff has been the same which says a lot about the workplace. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I saw Dr Groth for the first time. Very personable and professional.
