Had Straub come in to fix a fan duct and they got it done in about 45 mins. Phenomenal service, great communication and they did exactly what they said they were going to do when they said they would do it. 11/10

Started up the AC on the first hot day just to see if it was good to go for the summer. Didn't work. I emailed Straub Sunday night and Monday morning received a call back. They were out to my house within 30 minutes, fixed the problem (a mouse chewed through 2 wires), and I wasn't even late for work. Excellent Service! Friendly technician! Wasn't even expensive! Five stars Straub!
