Contacted Wilds HVAC after multiple unsuccessful fix attempts with AllSeasons Heating and Cooling and frustration. Initial install of home humidifier was done incorrectly when building home so humidifier was not working correctly with thermostat. Had been told that I’d have to pay to have an additional humidistat on my furnace connect to ecobee. Worked with a great technician, Todd, who was able to trouble shoot with Rob and dispel the need to pay to have a humidistat involved (all seasons quoted me this as an option to pay to “fix”) since the ecobee is compatible without it in controlling humidifier. A HUGE thank you to the entire staff at Wild's Heating and Air Conditioning during my recent encounter with them. EVERYONE could not have done more to make my experience any better including the unexpected gesture when my sweetie was dealing with health issues. I can not thank you enough for all your help and concern. Not only are you well educated in your field, but you also express down to earth contact with your customers- you treated me like family. You truly made my experience a comforting one - again, thank you all for everything.
Our 35 year old furnace finally died during the cold spell last week. We had a new unit installed and running the next day. The tech worked all day and into the evening making sure it was all hooked up and running for us before he left since we had no heat. Great customer experience and I recommend.
