I go to ulta for the hair salon and Carlita is the best hair stylist I’ve ever had! I started to bring my mom to her as well and my mom adores her too. I always leave feeling beautiful with exactly what I asked for!

Today was my first time going to Ulta. Upon entering the store Olivia welcomed us and showed me and my friend some great products. Throughout our visit she answered several questions we had and reccomended several products that best fit us. Her overall knowledge of the products and her customer service was above and beyond. It was over all a wonderful first time visit and I'm happy with the purchases we made.

I’ve been seeing Carlita in the Salon since she’s been with Ulta and I’ll never go anywhere else! She takes the time to listen to what my hair goals are, is honest about what can be realistically accomplished and transparent through every service. I had seen multiple other stylists who are no longer with Ulta and always felt like I was being pressured into something I didn’t want or wasn’t actually heard. I’m SO glad I found Carlita!!
