You should have a longer time to submit your timesheets because if it's not done within a day or two they hold your check for 2 weeks. The covid pay that you're supposed to be getting is like 3 months behind, and I don't understand why they have to issue a separate check for covid pay put it in with your payroll check.

I wish more time would be given to turn in timesheets. Also, it would be very helpful to us to allow both the voucher system and to hire someone from an agency to care for our daughter. We prefer the voucher system but it's hard to find workers. It would be nice to also find someone from an agency to also help. People who work for S. Wilson are very friendly and helpful.

I love this office and would highly recommend their services. They do a great job with payroll and are always very helpful. Their receptionist is the nicest lady I've ever met. (Hi Kara!) They truly care about the work they do for the disabled community and go out of their way to help others. They put on a free event for the disabled at the Saginaw Children's Zoo every year, which is an amazing experience to attend. They also hosted a food distribution event for those in need last November. Great service and great people!
