AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU LOVE YOUR HAIR!!!! My wife spent 3 extremely long days at this establishment to only come out looking like a unicorn with ultra vibrant color and chemical burn sores on her head. The color was not even close to the picture she showed lisa as to what she wanted. On top of chemical burns and terrible color she fried her hair by being over processed. Ruined clothes with being careless with the chemicals she used. Some of the dyes she used weren't meant only for hair most contained fabric dyes. Went in with intentions of starting to get blonde highlights knowing I wouldn’t get to that in one sitting because I have had darker hair most of my life and know that I will be more of a caramel color at first and slowly will have to work my way to blondish color. Walked out platinum blonde with my hair falling out the next day and could stretch as far as an elastic. Not to mention I already had caramel highlights in my hair that she wanted to touch up a little but not “too much” because they don’t need it.
