Started taking our dogs here 8 months ago after getting high recommendations from several friends. We are so happy with the doctors and staff. One of our dogs has cancer and River Rock has made her treatment, medication refills and access to care extremely easy. When we make an appointment we are open to any Doctor with availability, they always get us in quickly, because of this our dogs have seen all doctors at River Rock and are we equally impressed and happy with any of them that we get an appointment with. I brought my dog here for rehab post TPLO with Dr. Laine and Donelle. I was nothing short of impressed. My dog received the most thorough exam I've ever seen especially since she is reactive. Dr. Laine uses an evidence based practice- frequently referencing information from published papers she read and conferences she has attended. Both her and the technician Donelle were obviously well experienced. I appreciate the direct approach they take to answering questions and developing the treatment plan. Dr. Varner was great! They were able to squeeze us in last minute right before Christmas and took excellent care of Luna. Everything was explained clearly and patiently, which really put us at ease. We’re very grateful for the compassion, professionalism, and outstanding care Dr. Varner provided.
