“Contacted Wilds HVAC after multiple unsuccessful fix attempts with AllSeasons Heating and Cooling and frustration. Initial install of home humidifier was done incorrectly when building home so humidifier was not working correctly with thermostat. Had been told that I’d have to pay to have an additional humidistat on my furnace connect to ecobee. Worked with a great technician, Todd, who was able to trouble shoot with Rob and dispel the need to pay to have a humidistat involved (all seasons quoted me this as an option to pay to “fix”) since the ecobee is compatible without it in controlling humidifier. After trouble shooting he found that the original wire set up was incorrect and remedied the problem on site that day. Thank you Todd for your help! Thank you Wilds HVAC for fixing the initial wiring error!!“
