“Deep down, I am 100% satisfied with the new roof from Midland Roofers and Chad Moody Building and Remodeling.

The new roof was very complex and I had many additional requirements for our new roof. For example, we needed new facia because the old metal roof end caps were screwed into the old fascia. The bathrooms were vented through the soffits causing most air to be vented into the attic and Chad was knowledgeable enough to move the bathroom vents to the roof where they cannot cause any attic damage. Our old range hood vent was located where it was completely covered and filled with snow in the winter and Chad was able to design a solution to keep it from filling with snow during bad storms and causing moisture in our attic and kitchen. In addition, we had an old boiler vent that was no longer needed. Chad and his team were able to remove the structure from the roof and the attic where it was attached, seal it off and insulate for maximum roof performance. On top of all of the above, Midland Roofers added a new ridge vent to our garage and re-engineered the ridge vent on our home for maximum effectiveness and ventilation.

Before the roof was started, I had many questions and Chad patiently answered them all. We really appreciated the extra time he took to answer several rounds of questions.

Where our home and garage meet, we have some complex siding work. If the siding is not installed correctly, moisture will seep in through the walls. Chad and his team took additional efforts and time to completely reinstall the siding in this area with brand new materials that completely matched the rest of the house and garage. We were so happy and impressed with this work and the additional effort to make it exactly as it needed to be so that it would last and not cause any issues years later.

Not only was the work performed with the highest of quality throughout the entire project, Chad and his team were a joy to work with. I commend each of them for their professionalism and personable demeanor before, during and after the project.

To sum it up, we received the highest quality roof that we needed and the most beautiful roof that we always wanted. We could not be happier with the end product and we thank Chad and each member of his team for a fantastic job and a very memorable experience.“
