Brubaker were kind and helped with what ended up being a pilot religion. Due to the age of the Hotwater Heater, I was in fear of replacement. I was well taken care of by honest gentlemen. Thank you, Brubaker Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling.
I got a notification on my Sensi thermostat that the temp in my house was dropping, called Brubakers and within less than 24 hrs they went to my house diagnosed and fixed the problem and got it back on line. Exceptional follow up as well to ease my concerns.
After shopping at numerous places we are so happy we decided on Brubaker’s to purchase our wood burning and gas fireplaces!! They were prompt, polite and respectful of our home! They laid drop cloths all over and even covered the fireplace openings while they were inside the opening so no dust or soot would become airborne. Even tho they were returning the next morning they completed cleaned up their work space spotlessly. They made sure we understood completely how to use each fireplace.
I can not recommend this company highly enough! Now I think we need a new mantle so we will be visiting the store soon!!
