I took my white coat to the dry cleaners because it had some pen stains, which was the only reason I needed it cleaned. Otherwise, I would have washed it at home. When I picked it up, the stains were exactly the same, and they told me they couldn't remove them. I'm not sure they even tried, as pen stains are quite common for a "professional" dry cleaner to handle. I paid the fee but will NEVER return to this business........

I would not even give this lady a half star. Took 2 very simple summer dresses in for wash and press and 2 that were rayon for dry cleaning. She was happy to take them- told me her life story and I thought ok great, nice lady. I did not ask for a price as my parents owned a dry cleaning business for years. Went to pick them up- she brought them out and said 86.??$ i was like for what? She charged me the price for formal dresses???!!! So i said- well i can’t afford that- il have to pay on them one by one…. She said no- have to pay all once. She was extremely rude. Unfortunately they are the only REAL dry cleaners in midland and they are sure using that to their advantage....read full review

I have gone here for years without a problem until now! I took an expensive coat that was 1 year old, in to be cleaned. I was not talked to about the coat, how it would turn out or if it would change it at all! I had only worn it about a couple dozen times last winter.When I picked it up & got it home I realized the texture of the whole coat was completely different. It was matted & rough. It even had several “crunchy/scratchy” Spots on it...it felt singed or burned.I took the coat back to Art Cleaners to show them the damage & that my coat was ruined.
