Craig Fulks II was amazing! He was very efficient, personable, and knowledgeable, explained what was wrong with the AC / Heating Unit so someone with zero experience with the unit could understand. Great experience!
Josh from All Seasons came out to do regular maintenance on both furnace and A/C units. Furnace was good, found issues with our old a/c. Explained everything. Gave quotes on a new unit and repairing old unit. Explained that with the age of our current a/c that there are no guarantees with how long it will last. Josh was professional, respectful of our property, friendly, and informative. With service men like Josh, I highly recommend All Seasons. They installed our furnace last year. We haven't had any issues and got the same excellent service then also.
Just had what was to be a custom duct job and after Kade (install manager) arrived and did more research on my ducts discovered that some things were closed (probably since the 60's LOL) opened and adjusted all existing duct work and now my house actually cools in the front and I bet will be nice and toasty in the winter. He was professional in every way and I can't thank him enough. My cost was cut by 2/3 buy not doing unnecessary work that a lot of places may have done. THANK YOU!!!
