“Our water heater pilot light went out and Bill was recommended to us. When he got to us he went and checked everything out and tried to dry out parts of the pilot that had gotten wet after our basement flooded a little. He tried multiple times to get it dried out enough to stay lit, but to no avail. He then advised us about the heater and things to try and other options. He went above and beyond in his work and was very reasonably priced for his work. We recommend him highly“

In order to remove the old unit (due to a screw that I had stripped) an access panel would have to be made within my walk-in closet. He was very efficient, but very detailed with his work. I appreciated the efficiency since we pay by the 1/4 hour. He was also nice enough to pass along a military discount to show his appreciation to my 20 years service in the Air Force. I have attached a couple photos. I highly recommend Jeff and will be using him again for future plumbing needs!
