We have been working with Kustom US to rebuild our bathrooms after a leak in the wall. Every employee that has been in our house has been great. They are currently putting the Sheetrock up and Neilson and his partner have been available to answer questions and have gone out of their way to make sure we are happy with the progress.
Kustom's Superintendent Steve Withrow was amazing throughout the entire process of restoring four rooms of our home damaged by flooding due to a valve burst. He came to our rescue and took the lead to get our repairs back on track after some lag time passed between our insurance adjuster and project manager. As soon as he came into the picture repairs sped up noticeably. Steve was also available for a phone call inquiry even when out of town. He was extremely prompt and courteous responding to all phone calls, texts and emails. There were a few challenges during the restoration process and Steve handled them like a pro...keeping us informed every step of the way with his weekly email updates. Tomorrow morning we have our 'walk through' together and I look forward to sharing my compliments and gratitude to Steve Withrow in person!
In early 2022 I had a significant water damage in my condo and Kustom Recovery & Restoration was involved in the restoration and repair of the unit. It was the most pleasant experience I ever had. Eric Judd and Adeoita Khoury who handled the entire project as well as their entire staff was extremely pleasant, professional, efficient, honest, individuals with very high standards and ethics. On every step of the project, they guided me, accompanied me to the store for selection of tiles, wooden flooring, kitchen cabinets, granite etc., provided useful information, permit process, lead times, cost etc. etc. They kept me up to date on the progress of the work, lead times of materials etc. etc. During the work schedule their staff always showed up on time, did a fantastic job and cleaned up each day at the end of the day. In the past, I have been involved with other repairs with other companies and there were always some issues with respect to quality of work, timing, clean up etc. etc., but in this case the entire process was so smooth that I did not feel the stress. Eric and Adeoita and your entire staff certainly made my life easier. The project was completed ahead of time, with perfect quality and I give the company 10 star on a scale of 1 to 5 star.
