“Our water heater pilot light went out and Bill was recommended to us. When he got to us he went and checked everything out and tried to dry out parts of the pilot that had gotten wet after our basement flooded a little. He tried multiple times to get it dried out enough to stay lit, but to no avail. He then advised us about the heater and things to try and other options. He went above and beyond in his work and was very reasonably priced for his work. We recommend him highly“

Where two others only offered to replace my system, he was honest and simply replaced two switches, cleaned the system out, and even serviced the AC while also reinstalling a thermostat. I missed my living room because I used plastic in every non-essential room to heat only the necessities. Nights were stocking hat, heating blankets and no heat. “Noah came out to my mother in laws house this past Friday October 4th for a furnace check. He was efficient, honest, kind and friendly. She uses action at least once a year to get the furnace checked before winter hits. She thought because he furnace is pretty old she would need a whole new furnace.
