Our water heater pilot light went out and Bill was recommended to us. When he got to us he went and checked everything out and tried to dry out parts of the pilot that had gotten wet after our basement flooded a little. He tried multiple times to get it dried out enough to stay lit, but to no avail. He then advised us about the heater and things to try and other options. He went above and beyond in his work and was very reasonably priced for his work. We recommend him highly

Bill was very professional, friendly, and on time. The work that they did was done very well, quickly, and in a way that we both agreed worked best. We had a gas line ran for a back up generator, and received a good price point/quote for the work to be done. We have friends and family who recommended him based on their experience with his good service, workmanship, and pricing for their heating and cooling work in the past. As a Realtor I will definitely be recommending him to others and using him for my own work in the future. You just don't find people who are this friendly very often. I would highly recommend Bill Marshall’s Heating & Cooling for all your furnace needs. He installed my new furnace within two days from me calling him.He is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He takes time to answer any and all of my questions. He showed up on time, was scheduled to be here from 9 to 3:00. He was in and out by 1130 job complete! The best part, he beat everyone’s prices!
