“What a great group of professionals that didn't leave us hanging over the Labor Day holiday, and worked their tails off to install a much needed new system. In all of the time that I've lived in my home, I've never had great air conditioning. Our upstairs was always warm, and cold in the winter. we need a new system, and it was in the 90's when it finally froze up for the last time. Dan made sure on the first day that we had air, I don't think he knows how much I appreciated him. The group he worked with was wonderful, I worked with Larry quite a bit regarding how to take care of my furnace and how to program our new thermostat from out of town if need be. He asked about what the unit was doing and gave us options to try and fix it ourselves. This is very impressive! He even explained where to look for things to check.
