Everyone is so welcoming and present for you when you need them, they celebrate milestones with you, they check in after your appointments, with special check-ins if things aren't going well. They're sensitive, calm, and so gentle in their care to both you and your kitties. I have no doubt they have my cat and my best interest at heart and I'll be forever grateful.
I went here for the first time today and had such an amazing experience! This was my first hair cut in over a year and Emily did such an amazing job! Really down to Earth and genuinely seems to care for the future of my fur friends. We will continue to care for our animals with the amazing support from the staff at OAH!
