“Our 2 yr old poof ball of a cat was matted. I tried to shave him and cut the loose mats out but it was pointless. To even pet him was not pleasurable. He has a fair temperament so I called Michelle and 2 weeks later, Lord have mercy, the cat is free from his fur. We will continue to keep him groomed with Michelle! Also, she was able to do a quick belly shave on our unmanageable female cat within minutes!“

“Although this office is very busy, I highly recommend. 2 years ago I had a very traumatic experience at another hospital with my baby. The other hospital, Black River Clinic, gave me two options: put your dog down now or pay 10k for surgery. I decided to leave the building and came here after it was recommended by two family members. That decision was one of the best I made.

My dog had cancer that the other hospital missed the first appointment, and a collapsed lung as well. She was in a lot of pain, but I could tell she had strength and will to live. I brought her here and they drained the fluid so her lung would no longer be collapsed. This helped her greatly. I remember them doing some other things for pain relief, but it is fuzzy in my memory. They charged me a fraction of what the other vet did. It seemed like they truly cared about my baby. After her appointment, she wagged her tail and had energy I hadn’t seen in awhile. She pulled through another month with me, and peacefully passed away in my arms one night after work. I’m so glad I came here instead of feeling trapped by the other options and that the doctors here gave me so much more compassion and understanding.“
