We needed a new Air Conditioner for our 5th Wheel. Initially dealt with another RV Mobil Repair Company and it was a total nightmare. Had to order unit ourselves and was told on a 2nd service call it was all the wrong equipment. WE GAVE UP on them and contacted B. Franck RV Services and THEY WERE WONDERFUL. Klarissa was SO HELPFUL and said SHE would have done all the legwork for us, order the unit and send her Technicians out to install. We told her we already had the new Air Conditioner and she confirmed from what we told her it would work. Technicians Brian and Mike came out on Friday July 14th 2023. Excellent service and customer service!Brian has been very helpful. He has gone above and beyond to help us with our RV repairs. I can't say enough good things about B. Frank RV!

Joe was great. Since the RV is only seasonal for us, we arrived just before he did and discovered yet another issue. When I asked him about it, he said no problem and proceeded to make that repair well. He also gave use some very helpful maintenance tips. Would recommend this company to anyone.
