After moving up to this area I visited 2 other Chiropractors in Mount Pleasant and was not happy with the service or lack thereof. Both offices spent less than 5 min. w/me. Dr. Routley spent a great deal of time w/ my husband and took exrays which revealed his fall this last winter broke his tailbone. He gave my husband a plan so that his hips could get lined up correctly. I got a massage from Teri and it was by far the best massage I have ever had. She really helped my back and neck to relax and I will be back to see her soon. She is wonderful and I highly recommend her services. They also have the best prices for massage and are very reasonable.

The shop has been renovated inside, the haircuts are just as good,and the price is good value for the service. I still appreciate having a barber who uses scissors. Just an overall better cut.
They did not give up on helping us they worked at getting us the lowest cot that they could as well as getting the correct people here to restore our furnace function
We needed a new Air Conditioner for our 5th Wheel. Initially dealt with another RV Mobil Repair Company and it was a total nightmare. Had to order unit ourselves and was told on a 2nd service call it was all the wrong equipment. WE GAVE UP on them and contacted B. Franck RV Services and THEY WERE WONDERFUL. Klarissa was SO HELPFUL and said SHE would have done all the legwork for us, order the unit and send her Technicians out to install. We told her we already had the new Air Conditioner and she confirmed from what we told her it would work. Technicians Brian and Mike came out on Friday July 14th 2023. Upon arrival they looked at our equipment and said it was perfect. They tore the old unit off installed the new unit in about 50 minutes and it is working perfectly. Brian, Mike and Klarissa provided Superior Customer Service and workmanship. PLEASE call them with any RV Repair Needs.
