Jim just left and I have to say, he was great! He was able to diagnose and repair the issue with my refrigerator quickly and at a very reasonable rate. I highly recommend giving them a call!

I called Jim regarding a gear oil smell coming from our washing machine. Based on the symptoms I described he said we would likely need to replace the machine. Jim said he would be happy to come take a look, but would rather save me the house call fee so we can put it towards a new machine. He even provided some advice on what to look for in a new machine. I appreciated his candor and professionalism. Will definitely call Jack's Appliance for any future repairs.Service: Washer/dryer repair
