Best Heating & Air Conditioning / HVAC In Marshall

“I am a senior with health issues. I had an issue with my A/C system on a late late Friday afternoon just before 5:00. This is in July when the temperature was over 90 degrees.

I called the office and spoke with Trina. Trina, heard the concern in my voice and I explained the AC was installed five years ago.

Trina, told me someone will be out that evening, it would be after 5:00 and they were (Fred & Rick ).

Fred, explained they would not be able to order the compressor until Monday.

In Wednesday, Trina called to let me know what was going on and Friday morning she called to schedule an appointment first thing Monday morning between 8-8:30.

The owner Eric, the technician/installers and Trina provided the customer service that you rarely receive or hear these days.

I will recommend and share the name “Eric Dale”

They went over and beyond to make this customer very happy!
