“I got a hand poke tattoo done today and the experience was top tier. Noal in particular was kind, professional and friendly. The pain level was 2/10, tops. I had scratches that hurt more than this tattoo. She is completely talented and her method shows real skill and dedication to her work. I was wowed from beginning to end. I got a simple tattoo done, but none the less, Noal js 10/10 in all areas.
