If you have pain, ANY pain, book NKT with Jake Lemerand. I was taking medication for shoulder pain 6 days a week, and felt completely disconnected from my body. Scheduled a last minute massage for my birthday and it was phenomenal! Ashlee did a wonderful job of massage and stretching during our 90min session and two days later I’m still feeling so relaxed/renewed! Will definitely be back!

I had a great massage from Molly, she was very pleasant, paid attention and took her time to see how my muscles were reacting to her techniques. It was truly the best massage I have had yet.
